Brian Watkins is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, and innovation. Brian has a proven track record of driving transformational change and business growth. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer packaged goods, and aviation.
Brian’s career has been marked by his ability to distill complex data into actionable insights, which have guided major brands such as Roche, Kimberly Clark Professional, and P&G in their strategic initiatives. His work has led to the successful launch of new products, the expansion of market categories, and significant improvements in customer satisfaction.
Brian founded Quest Insight before joining JDR Growth Partners. Previously, he held leadership roles at Wonder Group, Fellowes Brands, Eastman Kodak, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines. His contributions include developing consumer-centric strategies, creating innovation tools, and leading research initiatives that have had a lasting impact on these organizations.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Brian has served as a UX/CX Advisor for the XPrize Foundation and as a Highly Qualified Expert for the United States Air Force. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, sharing his expertise in consumer insights, innovation, and strategic planning.
Outside of his professional life, Brian is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. He enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, hiking, and scuba diving, and he plays the drums. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from The Florida State University.
